Welcome to Zenvy Spices (“Store”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), a storefront powered by Indibz (“Platform”). By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use this website. The Platform only provides technology infrastructure and does not own, control, or sell the products listed by the Store.

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account and provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. “We” refers to the Store, which governs your use of this website. The Platform is not responsible for account-related issues.

Platform Role

Indibz only provides software tools to enable the Store to operate online. The Platform is not a party to transactions between you and the Store and does not control or guarantee product quality, delivery, legality, or accuracy.

For Sellers

• The Store is solely responsible for all listings, pricing, product details, and availability.
• The Store is responsible for order fulfillment, shipping, returns, and customer support.
• The Store must comply with all applicable laws including consumer protection, taxation, and product regulations.

For Buyers

• You agree to review product details before purchase.
• All transactions are between you and the Store.
• The Platform is not responsible for refunds, disputes, delivery issues, or product quality.

User-to-User Transactions

All purchases are made directly from the Store. The Platform does not process or hold payments unless explicitly stated. Any disputes must be resolved directly with the Store.

All content on this website, including text, images, and branding, belongs to the Store or its licensors unless otherwise stated. By submitting content, you grant the Store a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use and display it. The Platform does not claim ownership of Store or user content.

You agree not to use the website for unlawful purposes, fraud, abuse, harassment, or violation of any applicable laws. The Store reserves the right to restrict access or take action against misuse. The Platform may also enforce restrictions to maintain system integrity.

The Store may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or engage in harmful activity. The Platform may also restrict access to protect its infrastructure. Neither the Store nor the Platform is liable for losses resulting from such actions.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. In case of disputes between the customer and the Store, courts located in add city, Andhra Pradesh shall have jurisdiction, subject to applicable laws. All disputes involving the Store shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably.

Any disputes involving Indibz (Platform), if made a party, shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with applicable Indian laws. The seat and venue of such arbitration shall be Ernakulam, Kerala, India. Courts in Ernakulam, Kerala shall have jurisdiction for enforcement of arbitration awards.

The Platform shall not be held liable for Store-specific disputes and functions only as a technology provider.
